Resolute Investment Management ('RIM') is a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager, authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
RIM provides comprehensive investment management services to Alternative Investment Funds ('AIF') investing in Real Estate based strategies. We are authorised to manage AIFs investing in the following strategies:
RIM provides services tailored to the requirements of each AIF, its shareholders and advisers. The final proposition is a bespoke service delivered in a regulated environment.

Investment Management Services
Offering a full range of Investment Management services while making use of the connections and expertise of the wider Group, RIM offers:

Assistance with the initiating and launching of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)

Attractive investment propositions that include different risk and return profiles

Sound portfolio and risk management practices that meet fund requirements
Portfolio Management
Once your AIF is up and running, you can either:

Act as an investment advisor while RIM oversees Portfolio and Risk Management

Assign yourself the position of Portfolio Manager while RIM oversees Risk Management
-
Or, second a Portfolio Manager to RIM who will be solely responsible for your AIF, while Resolute performs the function of Risk Management
Resolute Investment Management will also:

Partner with the Investment Advisor or Portfolio Manager

Monitor and review the Investment Process as disclosed to investors

Make sure the investment strategy is executed as requested

Supervise and assume responsibility for delegated activities
Fund Set-up Support
During the set-up phase of your AIF, RIM will:

Assign a dedicated project manager to analyse your needs before then offering effective advice on regulatory compliance issues and an appropriate fund structure

Draft the prospectus in partnership with you

Assist in the selection of service providers
Risk Management
With regards to risk management, RIM will implement policies and procedures to:

Identify asset and AIF related risks

Set appropriate risk limits in line with the risk profile of AIFs as disclosed to investors

Remain within set AIF risk limits and take appropriate action if needed

Ensure an independent and honest valuation process

Supply risk reports to investors, the governing body of the AIF Manager, and the Regulation
